We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delays

Please note that we may experience higher than usual order volumes during peak seasons. Processing times may be delayed during such periods, but we will strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. However, we offer free shipping on orders over R5000.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R5000. This offer is automatically applied at checkout, and no promo code is necessary. The free shipping offer is only available for addresses within South Africa.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order Tracking

You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact us at store@pdcycles.co.za.

Shipping Address

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays in delivery. PDCycles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at store@pdcycles.co.za or 072 2139292. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at store@pdcycles.co.za with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at store@pdcycles.co.za or 072 2139292. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and take appropriate action to resolve the matter.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within South Africa.
